Kansas vs Baylor Game In HD TV Preview
The Kansas Jayhawks looked like an awful football team in their first game of the regular season. Kansas opened with a home game against Coastal Carolina in which it was favored by about a touchdown and proceeded to lose by 15 points. To make matters worse, the Jayhawks struggled in every area so there were not many positives to take away from the opener. The offense only scored 23 points and committed three turnovers while the defense allowed 38 points and forced zero turnovers. Now, Kansas will be looking for a much better effort on both sides of the ball during Saturday’s game.
Leading the Jayhawks offensively is junior quarterback Miles Kendrick who has been decent this season as he has 156 passing yards along with two passing touchdowns. However, he did throw one interception so he will need to do a better job at limiting his turnovers moving forward.
Kansas’ defense will be led by senior linebacker Dru Prox who has looked pretty good this season as he is leading the Jayhawks in tackles. Prox set a career-high in tackles with 39 in 2019 and he is on pace to shatter that total in 2020.
